01 - FEATURES
Made of nano-pigments, in a formulation with a binder.
Pigments in ink are Nano in size and totally dispersed, with a transparent appearance
No blocking of nozzles, being totally fluid like reactive dye inks.
Totally aqueous ink. No aromatic compounds. No heavy metals.
Reactive Binder, POLYFIX, developed especially for hybrid inks. Soluble in water. Reacts with Cellulosic fibres
02 - COLOR
CMYK colours plus Orange and Blue
(Other colours available by request)
More saturated colours, dye based, and good diffusion properties, nano-pigments penetrating inside the fibres.
Higher fixation and intensity of colour in Reactive Digital Printing when compared to conventional reactive inks, since it does go through washing-off procedure
03 - FASTNESS
Very Good all-round fastness
Very good wet rub fastness
Better fastness in multiple-washes
